So much food. So much Project Runway.
This is the most face-stuffing conference I’ve ever been to. Every day, we start with a full hot breakfast. Then at 10 there’s a break with a variety of bagels, doughnuts, yogurt, and granola, plus coffee and other beverages. Then, at 11:30 or 12, there’s a three-course lunch. Then a break at 2 with cookies, fruit, and drinks… ay yi yi. We were on our own for dinner last night, and all I was hungry for was a bag of pretzels from the vending machine.
Oooh, Project Runway starts tonight. I hope I get done with conference stuff in time to watch it. I should, since I’m on wacky Eastern time now, where nothing starts till the moon is high.
Who will be the new Santino? The new Princess Nerd Diana? The new flamboyant, lovable Andrae? The new sniveling, non-self-respecting Kara who for some reason was pretty successful? I heard a rumor somebody gets kicked out for rule-breaking. What could be the impetus for that? Does one contestant skin another and make an outfit out of it (a la Buffalo Bill)? That would be good television.
