A:Â Why does Tobin always think that’s funny?
M: He doesn’t think it’s funny. He just doesn’t care.
From the first time you shook your finger and told Tobin, “Naughty, naughty,” you framed and presented it as non-serious. You both laughed. He’s still laughing.
We don’t use “naughty, naughty” for legitimate scolding. The tone of voice and context are completely different. Plus, we played the same game with Miles, and he never had any issue with showing remorse when scolded.
