My two-dimensional life
We were reading Robert Munsch’s Show and Tell before bed last night. The premise is that a boy brings his baby sister to school for show and tell, and when she cries, none of the adults can make her stop.
M:Â Why is she crying?
A:Â Because she misses her mommy.
M:Â But why?
A:Â Because babies like to be with their mommies.
M:Â But why? (can you tell he’s almost 3?)
A:Â Don’t you like to be with me?
M:Â Yes, but you always go to work and Hy-Vee.
