Here’s the month 4 installment of the 365 Days of Self Portraits project. I started out the month trying to do a mini-me concept, but it didn’t really work very well so I gave it up. Maybe I’ll do some other kind of series once I get some spare creative energy; it’s all going into Hamlet right now. Click the mosaic to be taken to the April set.

Speaking of Flickr, I’m doing something kind of cool (and somewhat less “look at my mug all the time”) on Saturday. There’s this group I joined called “24 Hours of Flickr,” and the idea is that all over the world, on May 5, people will document their days. You can make your own set that shows the progression of the day, and then you pick your best or most representative shot to contribute to a group pool.

I should have a lot of good material on Saturday; there’s Hamlet, of course, and there are lots of memorable things going on backstage (I share a dressing room with a hot lady who may or may not consent to being captured mid-costume change. Probably not). My parents are also going to be in town, and you might even catch a glimpse of my elusive brother. I think it’s a pretty interesting concept, and a really nice example of how Web 2.0 can unite people and enhance communication.
