Carmen
So, on a semi-whim, I auditioned for a City Circle Theatre production of Sweet Charity. I have been cast in the role of Carmen. I’m also in a whole bunch of song and dance numbers. I think it will be fun.
I have never seen this play, and I have no idea who this Carmen person is.
I hope it’s Carmen Sandiego. Where the hell is she, anyway?

Sweet Charity is one of my favorite musicals; I’ve seen it about a dozen times and choreographed it once. However, I don’t remember a character named Carmen. You must have done such a good job auditioning, they created a role just for you.
Isn’t that the one that Christina Applegate recently did on Broadway?
