Mashups: as good as mashed potatoes
I am so into mashups. Most of the mashups I listen to are modern hiphop mixed with old-timey songs (like the Queen/50-Cent stuff and the immortal “Drop it Like it’s Huey”) with the hiphop vocals being the dominant feature.
This one is the opposite. It’s pretty great. I can’t believe how different Billy Joel’s vocals sound in this context.
