Organic cotton

This is ordinarily the kind of thing I would instant message Denny about, but for some reason he’s not logged into IM, so I’m telling you.

Target has–get this–organic cotton baby legwarmers. I’m sort of opposed to legwarmers from a fashion perspective, but how handy would that be for a February baby? Those onesies are all short-legged for easy access to diapers, but a winter baby’s little legs might be cold.

I found it on a search for organic cotton. I’ve been reading about how the cotton industry is notorious for using all kinds of awful chemicals, and babies are especially susceptible with their immature lungs and tender skin.

(Yes, I’ve already started a Target registry and an Amazon wishlist. This is mostly just to keep track of stuff I like, so don’t feel pressured or anything.  Besides, I change my mind all the time.)

Organic cotton is fabulouso!! So much better for baby, you and it’s sustainable, too!

When you get ready, let me know and I can give you lots of scoop on chemical free baby products. I happy to work for a company you may have heard of…www.burtsbees.com.

Oh man, I love the Burt’s Bees Almond Milk hand cream. It’s like dipping your fingers in a freaking cheesecake.
